Please carefully review our shipping and delivery policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any purchase you place with us.
Shipping And Delivery Options
We offer various shipping options. A third-party supplier will be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
Expedited Shipping Fees
We offer Standard Shipping (5-7- business days) – $11.60 (1-3 business days) – $13.50, (1 Day shipping) – $48.00. Shipping calculator at checkout will provide shipping fee based on your country. *Order Ships Within 24-48 Hours or Sooner (Monday-Friday) * based on our location and time. No Saturday and Sunday Shipping.
Free Shipping
We offer Free Standard Shipping on purchases $100 or more before taxes within the United States.
Klasik KiKi Kouture is not responsible for deliveries that are delayed due to carrier delays or inclement weather and shipping fees are not refundable. Orders placed with subtotal of $600+ will be shipped with signature required. Please allow 5-7 business days for standard Free Shipping on orders $100+ before taxes. Free Shipping applies to only 48 states. Free Shipping not valid on orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and Guam, or outside of the United States of America.
*All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith and estimates only. Once your order is packaged and has shipped, we will notify you via email with your tracking number.
Do You Ship International?
Klasik KiKi Kouture does not ship international at this moment. We will notify you if we do decide to ship internationally.
WHAT HAPPENS IF ORDER IS DELAYED?
Klasik KiKi Kouture is not liable for shipping companies delay or any misrouted packages. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from klasik-kiki-kouture.design, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges and plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. Shipping charges that are delayed due to inclement weather are not refundable.
Shipping Restriction
Klasik KiKi Kouture is not responsible for returns shipping costs. Every shipping must be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping in the first place, the customer has to pay for the shipping to return package. Klasik KiKi Kouture is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Klasik KiKi Kouture has a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please fill out our return form (found on our website) or you can contact us at support@klasik-kiki-kouture.design A reply email with a return address to ship your package will be sent once the return form is filled out.
Returns must be postmark back to Klasik KiKi Kouture within 7 business days from the date your order was originally delivered. Please note that Klasik KiKi Kouture do not issue return labels. Klasik KiKi Kouture is not responsible for return shipping costs. Every shipping must be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping in the first place, the customer has to pay for the shipping in return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
All returned items will be inspected for signs of wear, damage, or smoke. If the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit. Item will be rejected and return to sender Reason for return (e.g., damaged, or wrong product) Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

• DUE TO HEALTH RESTRICTIONS AND SANITARY REASONS, WE DO NOT RESELL SWIMSUITS, INTIMATE/ INTIMATE APPAREL, THESE ITEMS WILL BE FINAL SALE (NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGES, ALL SALES ARE FINAL). NO RETURN ON ACCESSORY ITEMS.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to process your return is ensure you return the item in a good manner you received it.
As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Items can be Returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Store Credit Only will be provided for all returns. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be notified by email with a store credit code to use. You have 10 business days to use your store credit, or it will expire and at this point, we will not issue another store credit.
We will ONLY ISSUE A REFUND if the item purchased is out of stock. In this case, we will notify you by an email of a cancelation of your order. A refund will be automatically issues by your form of payment. Please allow 10 business days for refund to process by your bank. Please note that we will reserve the right to impose a RESTOCK FEE of 20%
